This role is on a 5:2 DIDO rotation to our site in Henderson, WA.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Piping Supervisor to join the Woodman Point Project Team in Henderson! In this role, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of craft & activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.
Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of piping activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
- Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure optimal standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with an EPC/EPCM or construction contractor highly regarded.
- Familiarity with high-risk and high-pressure work environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SMP/piping systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
