Project Ceres (Perdaman)

Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

Picture yourself on a 20:8-day shift roster, flying in and out from Perth to Karratha, or you are a local in Karratha, immersing yourself in the heart of this monumental project.

Who you are

Your role will include:

  • Surface preparation including blasting, sanding, grinding, and cleaning

  • Application of primers, paints, epoxies, and protective coatings using spray, brush, and roller methods

  • Inspect surfaces and finish for quality and compliance with specifications

  • Maintain and clean equipment and work areas

  • Work at heights and in confined spaces as required

  • Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and site regulations

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines and maintain a safe working environment

What you will bring to the team / Qualifications you will bring to the team:

  • Construction White/Blue Card

  • Current Working at Heights

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Previous experience working FIFO, would be an advantage.

  • Current “C Class” Manual Driver's License 

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen 

  • Full Working Rights in Australia
