This role is on a 5:2 DIDO rotation to our site in Henderson, WA.

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Electrical Supervisor to join the Woodman Point Project Team in Henderson! In this role, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of craft & activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to understand electrical requirements.
  • Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities in alignment with project schedule.
  • Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors.
  • Support site temporary power requirements and installations.
  • Preparing manning and tooling requirements for self-performed E&I works.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure work is performed to high quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety and project specifications.
  • Address any issues or defects promptly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • 7+ years’ experience working as an Electrical Supervisor or equivalent.
  • Relevant electrical licenses or certifications.
  • Experience within a high-pressure construction environment.
  • Ideally experience within a construction contractor or EPC environment.
