Role

The Plant Manager resource will be responsible for manage, lead, and monitor the performance of all 16 plants and conveyors, workshop, (mechanical, electrical) machinery (Industrial Water) and various assets (Fixed Plants, Conveyor System, transports) and services (transportation) at Roghun HPP site on a day-to-day basis, under Construction Coordinator scope, acting as owner of Plants & Equipment maintenance standards to ensure optimum operation, maintenance and performance.

Responsabilities

- Manages the end to end process for Identifying problems and developing corrective action plans;

- Lead the scheduling process to ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance

- Ensuring usage of resources is cost effective;

- Lead, supervise and promote the management of environmental and safety compliance of the project;

- Promote preparatory initiatives to optimize productivity while respecting the environment using new techniques;

- Lead the assigned team and promote a fostering environment to ensure the efficient management, optimal performance and compliance with environmental standards and utilization of plant and equipment in Lot 2.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Certifications (not required but highly recommended):
• Project Management (PMP)
• Predictive & Corrective maintenance
• HSE - Occupational Health & Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)
• Minimum of 10/15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or plant operations
• English (full professional proficiency)
