The Opportunity
We are seeking a Susainability Coordinator to join our team across the Parklife Metro Project. The Sustainability Coordinator to play a key role in providing sustainable outcomes for the project by supporting the project team to understand their sustainability obligations, identifying and implementing sustainability initiatives and supporting the project to meet its sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of project carbon, energy and lifecycle assessment (LCA) modelling

Provide advice and guidance to the design, construction, commercial, operational, and other key project teams in relation to sustainability requirements

Track and monitor progress of sustainability rating tool submissions

Compilation of sustainability rating tool submissions

Compile and monitor against the project sustainability reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to the project team, senior management and the client

Support the development, implementation and ongoing management of project environmental & sustainability management systems
About You:
- Degree in sustainability, engineering, environmental engineering or equivalent
- Experience delivering a sustainability management plan and contract sustainability targets.
- A minimum of 3 years working in a similar role within the Construction industry.
- ISAP and/or GSAP certification and experience delivering an Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) and Green Star Ratings is preferable
- Environmental Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and certification frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED, Green Star)
