Parklife Metro has been awarded the Sydney Metro SSTOM package, a $5 billion Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project that will transform Western Sydney. This major infrastructure package includes:
• Six brand-new metro stations from St Marys to the new Aerotropolis
• 12 new metro trains and core rail systems
• A state-of-the-art maintenance and stabling facility at Orchard Hills

The Opportunity: Supervisor
You will support the successful delivery of Station interior Fit-Out works, coordinating subcontractors, supporting planning and inspections, and ensuring quality and safety compliance on-site. This is an ideal role for someone with previous station, data centre, hospital or commercial Fit-Out experience, looking to contribute to a complex and high-profile infrastructure program.

What We’re Looking For
- Fit-Out/finishes/facade delivery and MEP integration on complex building or infrastructure projects
- Manage subcontractors and construction teams effectively
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and buildability
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering to program
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day site activities for internal Fit-Out, finishes, and façade packages
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, plant and ensure works are delivered on program
- Review and interpret drawings, plans, and ITPs, ensuring delivery aligns with design and quality standards
- Support quality, safety, and commissioning activities
- Maintain site records (daily diaries, permits, checklists)
- Identify and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with engineering and construction teams
- Monitor progress, support lookahead planning, and contribute to project reporting
- Work with the Project Managers and Senior Supervisors to create a collaborative team environment to achieve positive outcomes for the project and our clients.
- Maintain progress in line with the construction program.
