Operating within a Joint Venture framework for e2x as our “Materials Controller” ensures integrity of materials data within the SAP Materials Management System. From the identification and coding all material through to final delivery to the Construction team. Management of data from Engineering and Project BOM into to requisitioning systems. Expediting of critical items for the e2x project.

Key Responsibilities
Creating and management of the Purchase Requisition in SAP
Supporting the project team to ensure materials availability in line with Construction schedule and constructability requirements.
Planning and forecasting material requirements to ensure effective allocation and reporting to site teams for the delays and upcoming materials.
Expedite critical or priority items using our in house Expediting tool.
Receipting of permanent and non-permanent materials into SAP. (GRN posting)
Managing the materials control function for materials and equipment received, handled and issued through the project lay down yard.
Inspecting and verifying materials, equipment, documentation to ensure that it complies with the project technical and commercial requirements.
Issuing materials and equipment to site and returns to lay down yard to ensure accuracy of system and reporting information.
Be the site point of contact for Material management and Expediting to ensure ongoing project success.
Supports Engineering team for import of MTOs and BOM data and creates Engineering Requisitions into SAP using Request for Service (RFS).
Checks integrity of data in RFS for conversion to Purchase requisition.
Ensures accurate and timely production/release of PR’s.
Management of the project Commodity tree and subsequent codes.
