Operating within a Joint Venture framework for e2x as a HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel, in line with HSSE standards, statutory requirements and client specifications.
This role is based on site on the Western Sydney Metro project – Western Sydney. Monday to Friday for Sydney Locals.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain HSSE systems, procedures and compliance requirements

Monitor HSSE performance, reporting, incidents and corrective actions

Deliver inductions, training, toolbox talks and site safety communications

Lead incident investigations, injury management and return‑to‑work programs

Conduct audits, inspections and liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Relevant HS qualifications
- 3+ years’ in a similar role
- Drivers license

Demonstrated competency in reporting and data analysis
