Webuild is looking for an Asset Management Expert to join the Asset & Material Management team at our Sydney Branch.





The figure, in support of the Asset Manager of the relevant Region, will support:

• the study phase of the offer and/or of new initiatives, including the organization of the P&E structures of the Project and the possible optimizations of the Plants and Machinery necessary for the execution of the Project;

• the start-up of the Project and implementation of the P&E structure and of the Group processes, tools, methodologies;

• the entire life cycle of the Project, including the development and verification of the Plant and Machinery budgets, also verifying all the possibilities of optimization through possible synergies within the Group;

• the Project Plant Managers in operational activities, in the achievement of the Project objectives and in the management of the Group's Plant and Machinery fleet, ensuring the application of methodologies and tools for detecting parameters and appropriate efficiency and effectiveness assessment indicators qualitative;

• the development and analysis of aggregate reporting relating to data and parameters of the Plants and Machinery for the definition of the strategic plan of the Group's machinery fleet;

• the Project closure phase, in the verification of the re-use of Plant and Machinery at other Operating Units, ensuring optimal management of the disinvestment and transfer phases;

• the development, implementation and management of transversal projects for continuous improvement, efficiency, innovation in the Asset Management field, on a global perimeter.





• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;

• At least 5-7 years of experience in similar roles, within international organizations, gained in structured and complex sectors, preferably in the Production, Manufacturing and management of optimization and efficiency projects. A possible international experience of at least 2 years helps to complete the profile;

• Knowledge of the technologies, products, plants and machinery used in the sector, as well as all related processes (acquisition and commissioning, maintenance, lifetime management, certifications and applicable legislation, management of associated costs, spare parts, decommissioning, logistical issues )

• Structured approach, combined with the ability to develop and manage complex plans;

• Ability to analyze, plan, develop budgets and monitor costs;

• Result oriented, problem solving;

• Leadership and ability to coordinate resources in multicultural contexts and complex structures;

• Collaborative approach, relational and negotiation skills;

• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

• Knowledge of the main analysis and planning tools;

• Fluent English; knowledge of a second foreign language (French, Spanish) is a plus;

• Willingness to travel internationally.
