Webuild is looking for its future Platform Shop Foreman, to be part of Equipment and Logistics Department (DML) of Turin-Lyon High-Speed Railway - Lot 2 located in France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of 3 foremen and at least 20 workers
• Operational management of workshop activity : planning preventive servicing and maintenance, repatriating equipment from the tunnel to the workshop, checking repaired equipment, etc.
• Monitoring logistics/supply : drawing up the list of spare parts, raw materials and consumables, managing stocks, checking incoming and outgoing hire equipment, etc.
• Ensuring the application of the QSE policy: the state and cleanliness of the workshop, compliance with instructions for the use of equipment, conducting ¼-hour safety training sessions, etc.

Requirements:

• BTS / Bac + 2 in mechanics / hydraulics
• Several years' experience in a similar position or activity (agricultural sector, public works)
• Technical knowledge of machinery / site equipment
• Proficiency in maintenance and fault diagnosis
• Good technical and organisational skills in team management

Webuild recherche son futur Chef d’Atelier en Plateforme, pour intégrer la Direction Matériel et Logistique du Projet de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau Trans-Européen de Transport en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France. La plus grande partie du creusement sera réalisé en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

• Management de 3 chefs d’équipes et au moins 20 compagnons
• Gestion opérationnelle de l’activité de l’atelier : planifier les entretiens préventifs et la maintenance, rapatrier le matériel depuis le tunnel vers l’atelier, contrôle les matériels réparés, etc.
• Suivi de la Logistique / approvisionnement : établir la liste des pièces de rechange, pièces détachées, matières premières et consommables, gérer les stocks, contrôler les matériels de location entrants et sortants, etc.
• Veiller à l’application de la politique QSE à savoir : l’état et la propreté de l’atelier, au respect des consignes d’utilisation des matériels, l’animation des ¼ d’heures sécurité, etc.

Profil :

• BTS / Bac + 2 en mécanique / hydraulique
• Expérience de plusieurs années sur un poste ou une activité similaire (secteur agricole, BTP)
• Connaissances techniques des machines / engins de chantiers
• Maitrise en maintenance et en diagnostic de pannes
• Bonne prise de décision à la fois technique et organisationnelle dans le management d’équipe
