Webuild is looking for its future Equipment engineer maintenance operation crushing conveying, to be part of Material and Logistics Department of Turin-Lyon High-Speed Railway - Lot 2 located in France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

• Operational management : plan preventive maintenance and servicing, using CMMS-LIP, in line with manufacturers' recommendations, update maintenance, equipment repair and workshop production schedules, Ensure that Periodic General Inspections (VGP) are carried out and that any reservations are remedied as quickly as possible.

• Logistics / procurement : draw up the list of spare parts, raw materials and consumables for the workshops (mechanical and hydraulic) and have it validated by his/her manager, receive and dispatch spare parts according to preventive maintenance plans for each production tool, manage stock of PR, PU, consignment stock, etc.

• Quality, Safety, Environment : ensures that installations are maintained in good condition and that the workshop, its equipment and surroundings are kept clean, ensure compliance with equipment operating instructions.

Requirements:

• With 5 years' higher education in mechanics/hydraulics,

• you have several years' experience in a similar position or activity (construction, industry, quarry, etc.),

• Ability to make proposals, adaptability and agility

Webuild recherche son futur Ingénieur Materiel maintenance exploitation concassage convoyage F/H, pour intégrer la Direction Materiel et Logistique de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau Trans-Européen de Transport en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France . La plus grande partie du creussement sera réalisé en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

• Gestion opérationnelle de l’activité : planifie les entretiens préventifs et la maintenance, grâce à la GMAO-LIP, suivant les préconisations des constructeurs, mettre à jour les plannings d’entretien, de réparation des matériels et de fabrication en ateliers, s’assurer du suivi des Vérifications Générales Périodiques (VGP) ainsi que des levées de réserves dans les meilleurs délais.

• Logistique / approvisionnement : etablir la liste des Pièces de Rechange (PR), pièces détachées, matières premières et consommables des ateliers (mécanique et hydraulique) et faire valider par son responsable, réceptionner et dispatcher les Pièces de Rechange (PR) en fonction des plans de maintenance préventive pour chaque outil de production, gérer le stock de PR, PU, stock de consignation…

• Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement :Veiller au maintien en bon état des installations et à la propreté de l’atelier et des équipements rattachés et ses abords, veiller au respect des consignes d’utilisation des matériels, animer les ¼ d’heures sécurité atelier et rédiger les Fiches de Taches (procédure simplifiée détaillant le matériel utilisé, le personnel qui en a la responsabilité, les risques associés…)

Profil

• De formation Bac + 5 en mécanique / hydraulique,

• Vous justifiez d’une expérience de plusieurs années sur un poste ou une activité similaire (BTP, industrie, carrière…)

• Force de proposition, adaptabilité et agilité
