Webuild is looking for a Projects Technical Planning Expert for the Rome headquarters. 
The Project Technical Planning function is in charge of supporting the General Manager Global Operations in the execution of in-depth activities on a given project both in the study and execution phases.

Main activities

• During the tender phase: verification and sharing of the main cost analyses with the Bidding Department;
• During the execution phase of the works: complete verification of the entire costing and identification of any critical points, participation in the verification of the costing and sharing the same with the site managers, verification and critical analysis of the timeframe for the execution of the works;
• Organising the collection of data from the worksite and the subsequent costing so that these can be used both to check the progress of the job and to enter them into the company's database.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics or related scientific disciplines;
• 3-5 years' experience in similar roles in the Construction, Oil & Gas or related sectors;
• Construction site experience required;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• Familiarity with IT tools. Knowledge of specific software such as CCS or Primavera P6 will be appreciated;
• Fluency in Italian and English;
• Ability to analyse, plan, develop budgets and monitor costs;
• Results orientation, problem solving.
