Physical, Personal and Travel Security Intern

Webuild is looking for a Physical, Personal and Travel Security Intern, with a focus on the Domestic area. The place of work is Rome.

The internship will last 6 months and includes an allowance of 800€, as well as free access to the company canteen.

Main activities

Under the supervision of the company tutor, the intern will be involved in the following activities

• Definition of physical and personnel security measures in terms of: (1) types of security services and their sizing (2) technological solutions (3) specific instructions and operating procedures (4) security documents;
• Implementation of the identified security measures, in close cooperation with the resources of the responsible Operating Units, within the defined timeframe;
• Supporting Security Incident Management and Security Crisis Management activities in coordination with the Corporate functions concerned and the competent Job Order areas;
• Periodic assessments in the area of physical and personnel security for the purpose of monitoring and verifying the correct application of the procedures and measures identified;
• Preparation of security briefing notes for local, expatriate and accompanying family members in the risk contexts of the Operating Units;
• Analysis of security training needs in relation to specific areas and types of risk. Definition, in coordination with HR management, of the contents, materials and delivery methods of training/information sessions;
• Support for travel security activities.

Requirements

• Degree in humanities, economics or social sciences;
• Good analytical skills;
• Fluent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish or Russian is appreciated;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
• Positive and collaborative attitude, open to listening and eagerness to learn;
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity is appreciated.
