The resource, supporting the Group HR Administration Manager, will be responsible for:
- Managing the tasks related to employment relationships for head office staff and various production units (e.g., hiring, contract changes, extensions, terminations, maternity leave, sickness, injuries, resignations, access to retirement plans, etc.);
- Managing payroll and benefits;
- Scheduling and monitoring deadlines;
- Supporting the management of relationships with mandatory and optional social security and welfare institutions tied to relevant collective agreements;
- Drafting informational materials for employees on administrative matters related to employment relationships;
- Drafting circulars for the HR departments of the Group’s companies regarding regulatory updates and the interpretation of new legal obligations;
- Controlling and supervising the activities performed by the external company that provides payroll services on an outsourcing basis;
- Conducting checks for semi-annual reporting with the auditing firm.
Required Profile:
- Labor Consultant with 1-2 years of experience (post-certification) in managing the administration of employees and quasi-subordinate workers, gained at professional firms or companies;
- Knowledge of the relevant collective agreements in the construction sector is preferred;
- Knowledge of national tax and social security regulations governing the management of expatriate personnel is appreciated;
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
- Knowledge of personnel cost logic and calculations is preferred;
- Knowledge of the Zucchetti Infinity payroll system is a plus;
- Good knowledge of the English language.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
