We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Supervisor to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth, working on a technically challenging, large‑scale hospital development.

 

About the Project

 

Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

The Role

 

As Senior Site Supervisor, you’ll lead day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring work is safe, high‑quality, and delivered efficiently. You’ll manage trades, coordinate subcontractors, and keep the project moving by solving problems before they become delays.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Plan and oversee daily site operations
  • Lead prestart meetings and maintain high HSE standards
  • Work closely with subcontractors to drive productivity
  • Identify and control hazards across your area
  • Support positive workplace relations and compliance
  • Maintain strong communication across project teams

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Trade qualification or Building Certificate
  • Experience in a similar role on Tier 1 commercial or health projects
  • Solid hands-on background in structures, façade or services
  • Strong leadership, communication and people skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
