We are seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Document Contoller for a potential power project based in Kwinana! In this role, you will effectively be Responsible for Document Control deliverables and technical accuracy of project documentation and reporting.

Your focus will include:
- Assist with the training of project resources in relevant processes and systems
- Supporting the Lead with onboarding of new document controllers, providing process and system training.
- Responsible for the technical document compilation for tender packages
- Responsible for the onboarding of new suppliers/subcontractors, including the delivery and training of project requirements.
- Responsible for the system access onboarding and offboarding within given area.
- Running and reviewing of weekly auditing and expediting reports, ensuring a timely close-out of actions.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum 8 years document control experience working on major projects working within same or similar industry, has experience managing a small team
- Knowledge in use of Microsoft Office including spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software i.e., Team Binder, Aconex etc and the ability to rapidly input data to client’s repository and retrieve records and information for accurate distribution.
- Ability to organise workload and to manage a filing methods and management techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work to deadline.
- Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information.
- High level of interpersonal and effective communication skills to liaise with both internal JV and subcontractor entities, and its external stakeholders at all levels.
