We are looking for Expressions of Interest for an Information Management Expert to join the IM Team in Perth for an upcoming Power project! In this role, you will effectively embed and promote the business information management strategy and governance requirements to project, to facilitate cross functional information integrity, robust change management, efficiency, and transparency between business and project.

Your focus will include:

 

  • Implementation of the information management strategy to projects in alignment with business Information Management Framework as it relates to data, records, documents, and drawings for the project under direction of the Senior Manager – Information Management
  • Map project specific data & information requirements to support data management, integrations and handover requirements
  • Implement, administer and promote the project EDMS (Aconex) according to business requirements.
  • Gather requirements for Integrated BI reporting and manage the change and development of multisource reports for projects
  • Coordinate and communicate coding, numbering and naming of information for the project, across information systems for the project, including alignment to client, business, and partner requirements
  • Develop Information Management deliverables for project according to business, client and project needs in adherence with the company Management System requirements

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with construction, engineering contracting or consultancy organisations in one or more of the following sectors – Buildings, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Mining & Minerals
  • 10 + years’ experience in an Information Management or equivalent role with experience in with solution design and implementation, EDMS integrations and business process mapping
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (B. Information Management, Information Systems, Business Management)
  • Experience with Aconex and Sharepoint configuration
  • Strong understanding of project processes
  • Excellent attention to detail coupled with solid communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with all level of stakeholders
