About the Opportunity
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers within the construction and building industry who have worked on major projects with Tier 1 contractors or principal contractors.
As delivery of the project continues to progress, several opportunities across both hospital campuses are anticipated, and we are looking to connect with professionals who bring strong technical capability and proven project delivery experience.
We are particularly interested in speaking with professionals currently based in the United Kingdom and Ireland who would consider relocating to Perth, Western Australia.

- Site Engineer
- Project Engineer
- Senior Site Engineer
- Senior Project Engineer
- Field Engineer
- Construction Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of construction works in accordance with project requirements, safety standards and quality expectations
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor project progress and contribute to the achievement of key milestones and delivery objectives
- Review and interpret design documentation, technical specifications and scope requirements
- Support planning, scheduling and project reporting activities
- Assist in managing technical queries, construction issues and stakeholder coordination
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved methodologies and project standards
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders
About You

What You Will Bring
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Engineer and/or Project Engineer within the building and construction industry
- Experience working for Tier 1 contractors or on major construction projects
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
- Strong ability to influence, manage and build relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Understanding of design documentation, scope of works, technical specifications and project reporting requirements
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience delivering hospital or healthcare projects will be highly regarded
- A collaborative approach and desire to develop your career within a supportive project environment
