e2o has an exciting opportunity for an E&I Supervisor to join the Construction Team on a FIFO basis in Western Australia. In this role, you will oversee and manage electrical and instrumentation activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications and schedules. This position operates on a 19:9 FIFO roster with a 30% uplift.

Working on a major project, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of construction activities from early works through to completion.

Your focus will include:

 

  • Supervising electrical and instrumentation works in accordance with project plans and timelines
  • Coordinating daily site activities with subcontractors, engineers and key stakeholders
  • Monitoring progress to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule and to quality standards
  • Managing installation activities including cabling, terminations and commissioning preparation
  • Supporting temporary power installations and site electrical requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety standards and project specifications

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Proven experience in an E&I Supervisor role within construction or resources projects
  • Relevant electrical trade qualifications and licences
  • Strong understanding of E&I installation practices and site execution
  • Experience working in large-scale energy, infrastructure or resources projects (desirable)
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
