Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade - a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.
We are seeking a Completions Coordinator, to support our Woodman Point Project in Henderson. Reporting to the Completions Lead, this site-based role will be accountable for execution and coordination of the day-to-day Completions work-flow and system management. You will work with the relevant delivery, construction, Q/A, commissioning and operations interface teams to ensure the defined Completions inspections and tests are progressively completed in alignment with the project schedule and asset systemisation.

Your focus will include:
- Assist in maintaining the Completions/Engineering ITR matrix, ensuring it accurately reflects asset types, task models, and the Completions system
- Manage the upload of asset data from the design team into the Completions system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor completions progress and plan, schedule, and support system and area walkdowns, ensuring documentation and site readiness requirements are met
- Track, review, and proactively chase Inspection and Test Records (ITRs) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and approval prior to each handover stage
- Ensure construction redlines and commissioning blue-lines are managed, reviewed, and fully closed out prior to handover
- Take ownership of punch list management, ensuring all items are clearly defined, accurately recorded, assigned, tracked, and closed in a timely manner
- Assist the Completions Lead in preparing accurate progress reports and completions status updates
- Prepare and manage Notices of Energisation (NOE) in collaboration with the Commissioning team
- Manage Completions system data exports and reporting, ensuring reliable and up-to-date information is available to stakeholders
- Support the final handover process by ensuring all system punch list items, ITRs, MOC, certificates and supporting documentation are fully completed, approved, and ready for handover
What you will bring to the team:
- Tertiary qualifications in either Engineering, Information Management, Project or Construction management
- Previous experience with Hexagon Completions or similar is highly regarded
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Completions systems in a site-based environment, supporting system readiness and handover activities
- Have worked in a complex industrial asset industry – either in construction, delivery or a maintenance coordination / scheduling role
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate effectively
