Webuild is hiring a young resource to include in its Plant&Equipment Department for its Snowy 2.0 Project in Australia.

 

Snowy 2.0 is currently the largest green energy project in Australia. It was created as an enlargement of the old Snowy Mountains Hydro-Electric Scheme built seventy years ago, and allows to produce more energy and to reach the goals for cutting toxic gas emissions in the environment. 

The Snowy 2.0 plant will increase the production of electric energy of the Snowy Mountains Hydro-Eletric Scheme by 2,000 MW, which already has a 4,100 MW capacity.

 

Responsibilities:

The resource who will be included in the Plant&Equipment function, will support the following activities:

 

  • Managing activities concerning corporate equipment for work activities in the construction site;
  • Drawing-up the budget;
  • Executing concept drawings (for installations, work sequences, assembly and disassembly activities) with AutoCAD;
  • Drawing-up reports for the construction site and the central functions.
  • Offering technical support for Plant&Equipment activities in the construction site

 

 

Requirements:

  • MSc University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Management;
  • 2-3 years of previous experience;
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Office and SAP;
  • Fluent English (B2/C1);
  • Flexible, proactive with an international approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Quick analytical and problem solving skills.
