For our headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a Technical Procurement Analyst to join the Technical Procurement team within the tender office.

 

The candidate will be responsible for:

 

  • Planning the request for proposal process during the tender phase, ensuring cross-functional coordination among various functions involved in the process by acting as an interface between the technical team and the purchasing office.
  • Drafting the Make or Buy strategy and updating it based on developments in the tender study.
  • Developing the list of Work Packages to investigate the market according to the execution strategy, as well as preparing the identified Work Packages in line with customer requirements and the studies conducted by the tender team.
  • Technically aligning the received offers by providing timely feedback to clarification requests from the market and involving the specialist team when necessary.
  • Ensuring that the results of market investigations and decisions made by the Procurement team are correctly incorporated into cost analyses.

Requirements

 

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of previous work experience in the construction, industrial sector, or related fields. Experience from a Construction Site will be considered a preferred requirement.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with the principles and best practices of supply chain management.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the Office Suite.
