We are seeking a person for the role of Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) for our Milan and Rome Headquarters.

Responsibilities

The person, based in Milan and with regular transfers to the Rome Headquarters, will be responsible for all Prevention and Protection Service activities related to the company's executive offices, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 81/2008.

In particular, he/she will be responsible for:

• Support the Employer in risk assessment and related definition of prevention and protection measures in accordance with applicable legislative requirements and the company's Health, Safety and Environment management system;
• Identify workers' training needs and propose information programs;
• Document Management;
• Support the Employer in the management of Environmental Health and Safety compliance.

Requirements

• Experience of at least 10 years, including at least 5 years in the construction industry;
• Degree in engineering, science subjects or equivalent;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Synthesis and planning skills;
• Willingness to travel between Milan/Rome.

Technical skills

• Possession of attendance certificates Modules A, B (preferably SP4) and C for performing the functions of RSPP;
• Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment management systems and ISO 14001 and 45001 standards;
• Knowledge of Management Models under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001;
• Knowledge of environmental issues appreciated;
• Ability in document management.
