Webuild is looking for a Corporate Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Methodologies Specialist for its Milan office.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for Corporate roles of all seniority levels, with a particular focus on engineering profiles. Specifically:
    • Defining role requirements in collaboration with Hiring Managers;
    • Posting job ads and conducting active searches for target candidates;
    • Conducting interviews to assess relevant experience and skills, creating a final shortlist;
    • Organizing technical interviews and acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Conducting active searches via LinkedIn Recruiter and proprietary databases, also to build a talent pipeline for proactive recruitment.
  • Involvement in Recruiting Methodologies activities:
    • Scouting new suppliers/headhunters, conducting technical qualification interviews, and managing contract agreements in collaboration with Procurement;
    • Sharing guidelines on recruitment methodologies and tools across the Group;
    • Supporting HR Transformation processes related to Recruiting;
    • Managing the LinkedIn dashboard for the Group.
  • Participating in employer branding initiatives, both in-person and digital, to enhance brand awareness and attract new talent.
  • Updating recruiting databases and reporting on selection activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in humanities or economics.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in multinational companies or headhunting firms. Experience in the Construction industry or related sectors is a plus.
  • Strong ability to conduct structured and competency-based interviews.
  • In-depth knowledge of active search techniques.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Experience in recruiting engineering profiles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and nCore is a plus.
  • Soft skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
