For our headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a BIM Management Specialist, to be placed within the Bidding & Engineering Department.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of proposals for information management in tender processes
• Supporting BIM teams in operational projects
• Facilitating the centralization and dissemination of internal know-how
• Contributing to the implementation of standards and procedures for BIM Data Management
• Analyzing and reviewing BIM models provided by clients, designers, and consultants
• Document management: overseeing workflows, reception, validation, and quantity control from BIM models
• BIM modeling using authoring software for the construction sector
• Executing 4D simulations
• Developing algorithms for automation and optimization (including 4D and 5D)
• Creating apps for reporting and analysis dashboards
• Testing functionalities of new software
• Participating in corporate innovation programs

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
• At least 3 years of proven experience in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) company or as a general contractor
• Previous experience in infrastructure projects (roads, railways, dams, etc.)
• Proven experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Bentley OpenRail, Synchro 4D, etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Python)
• Experience with virtual reality, augmented reality, and headsets
• Ability to extract, organize, and capitalize on data from BIM models and work with databases
• Good Knowledge of English
