Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Specialist

Webuild is recruiting for a Commercial Planning and Market Analysis Specialist to work in the Group Commercial Department. The site of the works will be Milan.
 
Responsibility:
• Develop models for monitoring the Group's performance, mainly in terms of tenders, orders and success rate, and more; and execute related reporting rules, also and above all in terms of company KPIs, both internally to the team and to top management;
• Confront regularly with each commercial area of ​​the Group, assuming with a subsidiary company, for the constant monitoring of commercial initiatives and relative management of information in the company computer database;
• Support the commercial planning team in executing/compiling the Group Commercial Plan, in relation to the strategic and operational objectives of our Business Plan and Budget;
• Liaise with each corporate function for the implementation of the commercial strategy connected to the economic/financial objects of the Group;
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of business opportunity assessment and management procedures;
• Coordinate with the specific corporate functions for the evaluation of the sustainability of the Commercial Plan, according to the potential opportunities, also guaranteeing the consequent monitoring;
• Engage with the related corporate functions by value and monitor specific risk issues (Country, Corporate, Contractual), to support the go-no-go decisions of each commercial initiative and/or manage its management;
• Support the Proposal Manager and the Bid team to identify and potential value risk and opportunity events that can positively impact project timescales and costs.

Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, economics, mathematics or statistics;
• 5-6 years of experience in Commercial Planning, preferably in leading consultancies;
• Knowledge of the main company performance analysis tools and mathematical and statistical models to be applied to economic data;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (especially PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems;
• Fluency in English;
• Worldwide availability and travel upon request.
