COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR LATAM
Role and Responsabilities
Based in a LATAM country where Webuild is present (eg Brazil and Perù) and reporting to the Group's International Commercial VP in HQ Milan, will be responsible for:
• Business Development, in relation to the LATAM Area, the macroeconomic, market, competitive, legal, tax and financial conditions necessary for the preparation of the Group's business development plan;
• Pipeline Identification and development based on a set of well-qualified opportunities based on the core sectors of Webuild Group as well as potential new sectors ex Data Centers or business models ex P3;
• Partners, clients and local institutions identification, development and relationships management, to promote and consolidate the Group's brand in the territory and trigger the development of new business opportunities;
• Ventures and commercial scouting activities developing in compliance with the corporate market strategies, in the country / area of expertise, identifying and proposing potential interest to the Business Development Department initiatives;
• Identification of alliances and proposal of other forms to ensure the negotiation of association or partnership agreements, in agreement with the Business Development Department and in accordance with Company procedures;
• Prequalification and JVA negotiation and signing, ensuring, in coordination with the Business Development Department and the Business Departments, the necessary preparation and submission of the relevant documentation and local assistance, if requested, in the editing stages of bids and contract negotiation;
• Budgeting and planning to provide the Group Commercial Team, the Planning Department and the Sr. Management with all the necessary information to make decisions on initiatives to attend.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics / Civil Engineering;
- 10/15 years of experience in the role, of the EPC/ Construction sector in South America;
- Full availability to move to the assigned countries and, when needed, to the rest of the Latam area;
- Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese.
