For the Milan headquarter, Webuild is looking for a BIM Coordinator, who will join the Bidding & Engineering department.

Responsibilities:

• Development of algorithms for tasks automation and optimization within the different BIM scopes (including 4D and 5D modeling);
• Definition of data templates to organize and integrate information generated through BIM models;
• Development of reporting apps and dashboards for data analysis and communication;
• Contribute to the implementation of internal standards and procedures related to BIM Data management protocols;
• Management of document flows, reception, validation and control of quantities generated by BIM models.

 
Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture;
• 3-5 years of proven experience with AEC firms or general contractors;
• Proven experience in use of programming languages (C#, Python) within BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley OpenRail, Synchro 4D, etc;
• Ability to extract, organize, report and capitalize data from BIM models and to operate on databases;
• Experience in organization, analysis and reporting of data and information in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry;
• Willingness to travel (both in Italy and abroad);
• Fluent in English.
