Webuild is looking for an Asset Management Specialist to join the Asset & Material Management team at its headquarters in Milan.

 

Main responsibilities
The figure, in support of the central Asset Management unit, will support:
•    the study phase offered and/or new initiatives, including the organization of the Plant&Equipment structures of the project and the possible optimizations of the systems and machinery necessary for the execution of the project;
•    the start-up of the project and implementation of the Plant&Equipment structure and the Group processes, tools and methodologies;
•    the entire life cycle of the project, including the development and verification of plant and machinery budgets, also verifying all the optimization possibilities through possible synergies within the Group;
•    the development and analysis of aggregate reporting relating to data and parameters of the plants and machinery for the definition of the strategic plan for the Group's machinery fleet;
•    the project closure phase, in the activities of verifying the reuse of the plants and machinery in other operating units, ensuring optimal management of the dismantling and transfer phases;
•    the development, implementation and management of transversal projects of continuous improvement, efficiency and innovation in the asset management field, on a global perimeter.


Requirements
•    Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
•    At least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles, within international organizations, gained in structured and complex sectors, preferably in the production, manufacturing and management of optimization and efficiency projects. A possible international experience of at least 2 years can be a useful complement to the profile;
•    Knowledge of the technologies, products, systems and machinery used in the sector, as well as all related processes (acquisition and commissioning, maintenance, whole life management, certifications and applicable regulations, management of associated costs, spare parts, decommissioning, logistics issues );
•    Structured approach, combined with the ability to develop and manage complex plans;
•    Ability to analyze, plan, develop budgets and monitor costs;
•    Result orientation, problem solving;
•    Leadership and ability to coordinate resources in multicultural contexts and complex structures;
•    Collaborative approach, relational and negotiation skills;
•    Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
•    Knowledge of the main analysis and planning tools;
•    Fluent Italian and English; knowledge of a second foreign language (French, Spanish) is a plus;
•    Availability for international travel.
