Clough is delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Project, a landmark development that will transform marine maintenance capabilities in the Northern Territory.
The scope of the project includes the design and construction of a state-of-the-art ship lift and associated marine infrastructure at East Arm. Once complete, the facility will support the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of vessels, strengthening Darwin’s position as a key maritime hub.
Who you are:
A highly organised and proactive Project Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced site environment. You have a strong eye for detail, enjoy supporting teams across multiple functions, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly through efficient coordination and administration.
Your role will include:
- Coordinating rosters and managing travel arrangements via the site travel team
- Providing administrative support across departments, including covering for other administrators as required
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems, including electronic document control
- Collating and distributing weekly timesheets for payroll processing
- Supporting project teams with data gathering, reporting, meeting minutes, and general coordination
- Assisting with system maintenance and ensuring site data is accurate and up to date
- Supporting senior management and responding to general queries across the project
- Ensuring high accuracy in documentation through proofreading and quality checks
- Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems
What you will bring to the team / Qualifications you will bring to the team:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a project or site-based environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated, methodical, and proactive approach to completing tasks
- Confidence representing the business when interacting with contractors, suppliers, and clients
