Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the document control management for Plant & Equipment documents, and information governance between Plant & Equipment Manager & FGJV teams.

Qualifications:

  • Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field, preferred – not essential
  • White Card

Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Administration, Document Control, Procurement or Finance Reporting
  • Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and coaching to subcontractors and internal staff on project document control procedures.
  • Advise and implement the flow of internal process documentation to/from the Plant & Equipment Manager (Site construction teams, Procurement, IT, HR, Recruitment, Construction, Technical, HSE, Environment).
  • Provide input to FGJV - SHL Information Management monitoring and improvements ·
  •  Coordinate interface between Cooma and Site Document Controllers
  • Implement monthly reports to internal management,
  • Working closely with the Document Controller Team to prepare department forecasts
  • Handle daily schedule tasks and provide administrative support for entire department.
  • Prepare and manage correspondences, memos, Request for Inspection, Request for Approval, Daily Reports and other documents for Consultant, Client and Subcontractors.
  • Liaised between Consultant and Main Contractor to maintain effective lines of communication.
