Your focus will include:
- Administering and interpreting complex contractual agreements to ensure commercial obligations and entitlements are effectively managed.
- Managing payment claim processes, supporting assessments and coordinating associated documentation.
- Identifying, assessing and administering contract changes, variations and commercial claims.
- Preparing contractual notices, correspondence and supporting commercial documentation.
- Building strong relationships with project stakeholders, delivery partners and suppliers.
- Supporting project reporting, governance, audit and compliance activities.
What you will bring to the team:
- Extensive experience in commercial management, contract administration, claims management or a similar role within major infrastructure, construction or project environments.
- Strong ability to read, analyse and interpret complex contract documentation and identify commercial opportunities, risks and contractual entitlements.
- Demonstrated experience managing variations, claims, payment processes and contract compliance activities.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written communication skills, including preparation of formal contractual correspondence and notices.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
