The Webuild Group is looking for new graduates in Economy and Management Engineering (or similar disciplines) who desire to start their career in an international context and wish to follow through with a career path in Administration, Finance and Control (AFC).

If you have just completed your studies and are motivated in having an international career, you are just the right person we are looking for, for our AFC International Graduate Program!

You will directly be included in the program with an employment contract and will be destined to one of our international projects in Arabia, and the newly hired will be followed and supported in their initial training period.

You will be therefore required to move abroad for work and a strong will to learn!

These are the activities you will be required to carry out:

You will collaborate with the AFC team for:

• Guarantee a correct financial management of company projects abroad;
• Analyse financial data, prepare reports and provide suggestions to optimize financial resources;
• Monitor cash flows, budgets and operating costs;
• Participate in budget planning and control activities;
• Ensure that financial processes comply with regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Three-tear university degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or similar disciplines;
• Knowledge of financial and accounting instruments;
• Good use of Excel and financial management software;
• Prone for teamwork and to communicate effectively;
• Excellent Italian;
• Good English; Knowing other languages is a plus;
• Available to be transferred.
