Webuild is looking for its future Works Engineer/Supervisor, to be part of Work Direction of Turin-Lyon High-Speed Railway - Lot 2 located in France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage your team: define objectives and carry out interviews and evaluations, control and apply company rules (quality, safety, human resources), participate in weekly meetings...
• Follow up the work : define the methods and the needs in personnel and material (explosive storage, cement...), read the plans and update the execution documents, visit the site...)
• Ensure the proper conduct of Quality Safety and Environment processes: collaboration with the QHSE department on the implementation of safety actions
• Carry out various interventions (control of readings, follow-up of machine breakdowns...)

Requirements:

• Bac+3/5 in Civil Engineering
• Fluency in spoken and written French
• Knowledge of underground works
• Team working, curiosity, initiative, good communication skills

Webuild recherche son futur Ingénieur/ConducteurTravaux F/H, pour intégrer le Bureau Technique du Projet de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau Trans-Européen de Transport en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France . La plus grande partie du creussement sera réalisé en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

• Réaliser les plans d’installation de chantier, de réseaux temporaires (servitudes)

• Manager votre équipe : définir les objectifs et réaliser les entretiens et évaluations, contrôler et appliquer les règles d’entreprise (qualité, sécurité, ressources humaines), participer aux réunions hebdomadaires…)
• Suivre les travaux : Définir les méthodes et les besoins en personnel et matériel (stockage explosif, béton…), lecture des plans et mise à jour des documents d’exécution, visiter le chantier…)
• Veiller à la bonne conduite des process QSE : collaboration avec le service QHSE sur la mise en pratique des actions sécurité
• Réaliser des interventions divers (contrôler les relevées, suivi des pannes des machines…)

Profil

• Bac+3/5 en Génie Civil
• Français courant parlé/écrit
• Connaissance des travaux souterrains
• Travail en mode projet, curiosité, esprit d’initiative, bonne capacité de communication
