Webuild is looking for its future Site Manager, to be part of Work Direction of Turin-Lyon High-Speed Railway - Lot 2 located in France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

• Excavation of branches and niches using conventional methods (explosives)
• Manage a team 4 to 6 people in 3 shifts, 7 days a week
• Carry out the work (triggering of interventions, examination of the walls, excavation of branches and niches in conventional method (explosives),
• Ensure the proper application of QSE methods (welcoming employees to the site, checking that employees' outfits comply with safety regulations, etc.)
• Manage administrative files (follow up of hours worked by teams, clocking in and out of workers, writing daily reports, transmitting plans and execution documents)

Requirements:

• Significant Underground experience
• Holder of the CPT (Shooting Officer Certificate) options 1 and 7
• Knowledge of the operation of specific machines in underground works (robofore, beton robot, erector of hangers)
• Ability to make proposals, adaptability and agility

Webuild recherche son futur Chef de Chantier en Revêtement F/H, pour intégrer le Bureau Technique du Projet de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau Trans-Européen de Transport en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France . La plus grande partie du creussement sera réalisé en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

• Excavation de rameaux et de niches en méthode conventionnelle (explosifs)
• Gérer une équipe de 4 à 6 personnes en 3 postes en 7 jrs sur 7 
•  
• Réaliser les travaux (déclenchement des interventions, examens des parois, excavation de rameaux et de niches en méthode conventionnelle (explosifs),
• Veiller à la bonne application des méthodes QSE (accueil des salariés sur le chantier, vérifier les tenues des collaborateurs conforment aux règles de sécurité…)
• Gérer des dossiers administratifs (suivi des heures travaillées des équipes, pointage des ouvriers, rédiger les rapports journaliers, transmettre les plans et documents d’exécution)

Profil

• Expérience en Souterrain significative
• Titulaire du CPT options 1 et 7
• Connaitre le fonctionnement des engins spécifiques en travaux souterrains (robofore, robot béton, érecteur de cintres)
• Force de proposition, adaptabilité et agilité
