Webuild is looking for its future Servitudes Works Supervisor, to be part of the Equipment and Logistics Department (DML) of Turin-Lyon High-Speed Railway - Lot 2 located in France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

• Putting in place the arrangements prior to starting work on the site
• Define methods, staffing requirements and types of equipment in consultation with the Technical Department and QSE departments
• Drawing up site and project schedules (planning the installation of easements for transmission to site managers and management)
• Produces comparative tables of tenders
• Order equipment (piping, pumping, associated accessories, etc.)
• Managing teams dedicated to the maintenance of utility network installations (MIR)
• Ensures that the safety of all those involved (both internal and external), quality, the environment and deadlines are respected

 Requirements:

• Engineering degree - ESTP / Arts et Métiers profile ideally
• At least 5 years' experience in site management / public works or industry
• Ability to manage large teams Directly with several team leaders, indirectly with up to 30/35 site workers.
• Knowledge of fluids/piping ideally
• Driving licence and vehicle required for site visits

Webuild recherche son futur Conducteur Travaux Servitudes, pour intégrer la Direction Matériel et Logistique du Projet de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau Trans-Européen de Transport en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France. La plus grande partie du creusement sera réalisé en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

• Mettre en place les dispositions préalables au démarrage du chantier
• Définir les méthodes, les besoins en personnel et typologie de matériel en échangeant avec la direction Technique et les services QSE
• Réalise les plannings à échelle chantier et projet (planification du montage des servitudes pour transmission aux chefs de chantiers et à la direction)
• Réaliser des tableaux comparatifs des offres
• Commander le matériel (tuyauterie, pompage, accessoires associés…)
• Management des équipes dédiées à la Maintenances des Installations de réseaux Servitudes (MIR)
• Garant du respect de la sécurité de tous les intervenants (interne comme externe), de la qualité, de l’environnement et des délais

• Formation ingénieur - Profil ESTP / Arts et Métiers idéalement
• Expérience d’au minimum 5 ans en conduite de travaux / TP ou industrie
• Capacité à manager des équipes importantes En direct plusieurs chefs d’équipes, indirectement jusqu’à 30/35 compagnons.
• Connaissances en fluide / tuyauterie idéalement
