Webuild recherche son futur  Responsable Prévention , pour faire partie du Département Logistique et Équipement (DML) de  la Ligne à Grande Vitesse Turin-Lyon - Lot 2  situé en  France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

 Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing the DML's health and safety management system in conjunction with the project's Prevention Department.
• Define and manage the general action plan for the prevention of occupational risks within the DLM.
• Involving, raising awareness of and assisting DLM employees in the area of occupational risk prevention.
• Supporting operational teams in making technical and organisational choices, so that prevention is an integral part of decision-making.
• Analysing events and malfunctions to improve safety and working conditions within the DLM.
• Alerting the Logistics and Equipment Manager and the Prevention Manager to any deviation or abnormal situation.
• Carrying out and consolidating the DLM's health and safety reporting, on the basis of which health and safety indicators are established.
• Participate in the implementation of ICPE for site installations (in support of the environment department).

Requirements:

• 5 years' higher education in prevention/safety/HSE
• At least 5 years' experience, ideally on construction project(s) or in a heavy industrial environment
• Mastery of health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of techniques for analysing and assessing occupational risks
• Fluency in professional English
• Curious
• Rigorous
• A practical person

Webuild recherche son futur Responsable Prévention, pour intégrer le Direction Logistique et Matériel (DML) du Projet de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau  Trans-Européen de Transport  en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte)  creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France. La plus grande partie du creusement sera réalisée en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

• Concevoir et faire vivre le système de gestion santé et sécurité de la DLM en lien avec la Direction Prévention du projet.
• définir le plan d'actions général de prévention des risques professionnels au sein de la DLM et le pilote.
• Impliquer, sensibiliser et assister les collaborateurs de la DLM sur le thème de la prévention des risques professionnels.
• Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans les choix techniques et organisationnels afin d'intégrer la prévention dans les prises de décision.
• Analyser les événements et dysfonctionnements pour améliorer la sécurité et les conditions de travail au sein de la DLM.
• Alerter le Directeur Logistique et Matériel et le Directeur prévention de toute dérive ou situation anormale.
• Réaliser et consolider le reporting santé et sécurité de la DLM à partir de laquelle établir un pilotage d'indicateurs santé et sécurité
• Participant à la mise en place des ICPE pour les installations de chantier (en support au service environnement)

Profil :

• Bac + 5 en prévention/sécurité/HSE
• Expérience de 5 ans minimum, idéalement sur projet(s) de construction ou en environnement industriel lourd
• Maîtrise de la réglementation Santé et Sécurité
• Connaissance des techniques d'analyse et d'évaluation des risques professionnels
• Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel
