Webuild is looking for its future Operational Performance Coordinator, under the direction of Operational Performance Manager of Turin-Lyon High-Speed Railway - Lot 2 located in France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

• Promote and raise awareness of the Lean approach among operational management by highlighting its potential
• Define and put in place appropriate operational management rituals and support operational teams in using the tools effectively and efficiently.
• Leading, coordinating and monitoring the improvement projects defined in close collaboration with the Project and Production Departments
• Supporting the implementation of Continuous Improvement processes based on the Lean Construction approach, using tools such as 5S, LPS, VA/NVA analysis, VSM, chrono analysis, etc., in collaboration with the production teams, and carrying out follow-up analyses to measure their efficiency.
• To set up systems for processing and sharing anomalies and Lean project feedback, and to monitor the actions taken by using relevant indicators to measure the effectiveness of the actions taken.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Lean project management.
• Mastery of Lean Management tools
• Knowledge of the construction industry (building or public works).

Webuild recherche son futur Chargé de Performance Opérationnelle, sous la direction du Responsable Performance Opérationnelle du Projet de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau Trans-Européen de Transport en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France. La plus grande partie du creusement sera réalisé en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

• Promouvoir et sensibiliser le management opérationnel à la démarche Lean en mettant en avant son potentiel
• Définir et mettre en place les rituels de pilotage opérationnel adaptés et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans une prise en main efficace et efficiente des outils.
• Animer, coordonner et suivre les chantiers d'amélioration définis en étroite collaboration avec la Direction de Projet et de la production
• Accompagner la mise en place des démarches d’Amélioration Continue selon l’approche Lean construction par le biais des outils tels que 5S, LPS, Analyse VA/NVA, VSM, chrono analyse… en collaboration avec les équipes de production et faire les analyses de suivi pour en mesurer l’efficience
• Mettre en place des systèmes de traitement et de partage des anomalies et des REX Lean projet, assurer le suivi des actions entreprises en mesurant par des indicateurs pertinents l’efficacité des actions entreprises

Profil :

• Expérience significative dans le pilotage de projet Lean.
• Maîtrise des outils du Lean Management
• La connaissance de l’industrie de la construction (bâtiment ou Travaux Publics).
