Webuild is looking for its future Methods Designer, to be part of The Technical Office of Turin-Lyon High-Speed Railway - Lot 2 located in France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

• Realize the plans of installation of construction site, temporary networks,

• Establish the general phasing of construction (with total integration of prevention and safety in the establishment of documents),

• Define temporary access,

• Make the layout plans for the formwork,

• Establish the specifications in the context of equipment consultations,

• Drawing up of the elements necessary for consultation with specific tool manufacturers,

• Apply safety rules of the prevention service.

Requirements:

• Bac+3 in Design Methods

• Good knowledge of Autocad and also Revit

• A long experience in tunnels is preferrable

• Autonomous and rigoros

Webuild recherche son futur Projeteur Méthodes, pour intégrer le Bureau Technique du Projet de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau Trans-Européen de Transport en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France . La plus grande partie du creussement sera réalisé en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

• Réaliser les plans d’installation de chantier, de réseaux temporaires (servitudes)

• Etablir les phasages généraux de construction (avec intégration totale de la prévention et de la sécurité dans l’établissement des documents)

• Etablir les phasages détaillés avec modes constructifs, plan de calepinage réservations et inserts dans le béton

• Définir des accès temporaires

• Etablir les plans de calepinage de coffrage (outil)

• Etablir le cahier des charges dans le cadre de consultations de matériel

• Mise en plan des éléments nécessaires aux consultations des fabricants d’outils spécifiques

• Mise en plan des cinématiques de montage, d’utilisation et de démontage des outils spécifiques

• Appliquer des règles de sécurité du service prévention

Profil

• Niveau BAC +2 / Bac +3 Projeteur Méthodes

• Maîtrise du Logiciel Autocad, Revit

• Expérience en méthodes d’exécution dans le domaine des Travaux Souterrains

• Autonomie, Rigueur
