Webuild is looking for its future Equipment Coordinator, to join the Logistics and Equipment Department (DML) of the Turin-Lyon High Speed Line - Lot 2 located in France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

 Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

Reporting to the DML manager, with the help of a reference coordinator, optimise the use of equipment on the project (equipment belonging to the project as well as externally hired equipment).
Ensuring the planning of equipment, taking into account the various unavailabilities (due to maintenance/stand-by/supply delays) :

• Drawing up schedules for materials and equipment,
• Analysis of usage and proposals for optimisation,
• Drawing up reports / KPIs on the use of machinery.
• Interfacing between maintenance/logistics activities and DML engineering to ensure a smooth flow of information with operators
• Monitoring of external rentals, contact with rental companies regarding usage forecasts/returns. 
• Validating amounts following incidents/breaks with hire companies, safeguarding the group's interests as far as possible, drawing up the discharge.
• Acting as the interface with DML departments (maintenance and easements, engineering, requisitioning, achat...).
• Comply with safety instructions and seek solutions

Webuild recherche son futur Coordinateur Matériel, pour intégrer le Direction Logistique et Matériel (DML) du Projet de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau  Trans-Européen de Transport  en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte)  creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France. La plus grande partie du creusement sera réalisée en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

Sous la responsabilité du directeur DML, avec l’aide d’un coordinateur référent, optimiser l’utilisation des matériels sur le projet (matériel appartenant au projet comme le matériel en location externe).
Assurer la planification des engins en prenant en compte les différentes indisponibilités (pour cause de maintenance / Stand-by / délais d’approvisionnement :

• Etablissement du planning des matériels et des équipements,
• Analyse de l’utilisation et proposition d’optimisation,
• Etablissement de rapport / KPI sur l’utilisation des engins
• Interface entre les activités de maintenance / la logistique et l’engineering de la DML afin d’assurer une bonne fluidité des informations avec les exploitants
• Suivi des locations externes, contact avec les locatiers concernant les prévisions d’utilisation / les retours. 
• Validation des montants suite incident/ casse avec les loueurs, en sauvegardant au maximum les intérêts du groupement, établissement du quitus.
• Etre l'interface avec les entité de la DML (maintenance et servitude, ingénieur, réquisition)
• Respect des instructions sécurité et recherche des solutions.
