This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.
Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
We are currently searching for Warehouse Administrator to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative activities within the warehouse, ensuring accurate data entry, proper documentation, and smooth coordination of daily logistics operations. This role supports inventory control, shipment scheduling, and warehouse documentation to guarantee compliance with company standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all materials received, stored, issued, and transferred within the construction site.
- Process incoming documentation and update and manage the site’s Material Management System (e.g., SAP, or equivalent).
- Prepare issue notes, stock reports, and material requisitions for construction teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables, construction materials, and critical equipment to prevent delays.
- Coordinate deliveries with transport companies, suppliers, and internal logistics, ensuring adherence to site access and HSSE protocols.
- Assist with the preparation of daily and weekly warehouse activity reports for project management.
- Manage the filing and archiving of logistics documentation in compliance with project standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and logistics team during peak activity periods.

Key Requirements
- Ability to read delivery dockets, material specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, material handling, and construction logistics.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
