The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world. 

Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.

Purpose of the Role:

Source and Manage FGJV external housing portfolio and staff/subcontractor allocations. 

 

Qualifications:

  • C Class Driver’s License
  • White Card

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role – preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Experience working on large scale property Management/construction projects or other suitable projects works
  • Experience managing a housing case load

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and negotiating with Real Estate companies
  • Allocating housing for short-term and long-term general employees, subcontractors, FGJV Management and ex-pats, and subsequently managing the portfolio of lease agreements.
  • Ensure that those who are allocated housing, are eligible as per their employment or commercial contract.
  • Manage any maintenance, cleaning, gardening requirements of the housing portfolio
  • Answering personnel queries and managing the housing email inbox
  • Ad hoc reporting as required
  • Budget & performance analysis as required
  • Complete housing audits as requested
  • Ensuring that personnel are following the housing policy and escalate any non-conformances to the Senior HR Advisor
