We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Application Expert to join the IT Team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively implement, support and continuously improve adoption of the Webuild group control model digital solutions in the region, under the guidance and oversight of Webuild experts.

Your focus will include:

 

  • Responsible for implementation, and support adoption continuous improvement of Webuild Group control model digital solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Responsible to provide hands on support and training to regional users in coordination with Champions and Webuild Group control model experts, including tracking and escalating issues
  • Responsible to support IT and Champions with tracking and managing feedback for improvement and localisation of the digital solutions
  • Data and business analysis - support process and data mapping activities to implement and improve work and data flows
  • Responsible for supporting business reporting, analysing requirements, and developing solutions using both embedded reporting capabilities and PowerBI
  • Continuously improve the way of working and efficiency within the area of responsibility in collaboration with peers and stakeholders

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Advanced understanding of Construction data especially in relation to quantity management to monitor progress and performance from bidding, design, procurement to subcontracts and construction.
  • Experience administering and supporting IT systems, with data and analysis, transformation, and mapping.
  • Proactiveness in supporting adoption, improvement, and coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
