Webuild is looking for a Technical Training Expert for our Milan office.

The person will be included within the Knowledge Management & Technical Training team in the HQ with visibility and responsibility at WW level. The role will be vertical, on the technical training part.



  • Analysis of the training needs of the Corporate and Group companies;
  • Design of technical training and training interventions;
  • Research and evaluation of potential suppliers;
  • Search for financing opportunities and management of plans financed through inter-professional funds;
  • Planning and organization of interventions;
  • Constant monitoring of the training activities in place;
  • Updating of company reports as per procedures.



  • Knowledge of the functioning of the main inter-professional funds;
  • Ability to design training interventions;
  • Preferably previous experience in the manufacturing sector and knowledge of the main roles in construction sites;
  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent competence in the use of the Office software;
  • Willingness to travel (in Italy and abroad).
