We are looking for Project Procurement Managers for some of our main projects in Northern Italy.


He/she will be responsible to manage the Project’s supply of products and services, strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers in cooperation with the central HQ Dept, abiding by the Company guidelines and procedures.



  • To define the procurement plan according to the project's production plan, in agreement with the Project Manager;
  • To guarantee the respect and the correct implementation of the procedures, previously defined in HQ Procurement Department.
  • To guarantee that orders are issued correctly and that goods and services are promptly procured, in compliance with the required specifications;
  • To decide the Project Operation Procurement Plan, with the Project Manager, according to the procurement strategies that were previously defined with the HQ's Procurement Department, so as to reach the Group's targets;
  • To manage, in operational terms, the procurement process (from selecting suppliers to issuing orders) in continuous coordination with the HQ Procurement Department;
  • To monitor the conformity of the goods shipped by suppliers, with regard to the documentation, and to carry out the orders, in full compliance with the project's timings and needs;
  • To contribute towards stock management activities, supporting warehouse managers for stock optimization purposes;
  • To manage relations with suppliers, negotiating supplying terms in terms of cost, quality, level of service, timings and related payments;
  • To support worksite activities that involve suppliers.



  • University Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent;
  • 5-7 years of experience in similar role;
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market;
  • Talent in negotiations and networking;
  • Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software;
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers;
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data;
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • A team player with leadership abilities;
  • Full command of the English language.
